IMO he has a chance to be the best pro we've produced this decade. I'm a believer now.

shutdown. we'll see about that when he plays better talent at the position, ie julio jones, a.j. green and the receivers from Florida.

One thing for sure. He can't touch that Patterson guy on our team. That Patterson guy is a BEAST!

Note: I think he is one of the best corners in the SEC.

He was burned on short slants all night the other night. He quickly made the tackle, but was burned nonetheless.

Definately a big, physical, lock down corner. After his career is done he will be one of the best ever at LSU. And it's Patrick PATTERSON.

You don't get burned on the short slant, especially with the system LSU uses. That is supposedly the outside linebackers zone of coverage, but in reality its open in almost any defense. Thats why its one of the favorite third and short/ fourth and short plays. If a team wants to dink and dunk like that, you usually let them.

99.9% of the game was played in a soft zone where Peterson had a back 3rd.

PP would kill Bowe in a race.

Bowe is very good, but it helps putting up numbers when your team is always behind and has few other weapons.

Too many passes completed on him Saturday to be "shutdown" status. I do think he has the talent to be one of the best but right now he is above average not shutdown.
