The passing on of jersey numbers needs to die. It was a Miles thing and should go down the drain with his career.

Was cool while it lasted (I guess) but it's just played out now and seems forced.

Hopefully this will be the last thread on the topic.

Sunshine pumpers will be here shortly to defend Miles and tell you how this coaching change is the end of LSU football.

I don't mind the jersey thing. I just hate posts about it. I only want it to end so the posts will end.

I'm kind of over it to be honest but 18 won't die it's actually a thing now. Seems like 3 would be special but that kind of died.

18 started under Saban. Does that change your mind?

Yes but a player started it. Miles took over the 18.

If the players like it and want to change numbers than i am good with it. I really don't care either way.

I don't think you know what sunshine pumper means.

I'm sure Saban, that free-wheeling MFer, didn't have a clue that it was happening.

You think the same people who support miles are against this coaching change? Most who are against the O hire were probably calling for miles job. I don't know if you understand the lsu fan base.

If the players & coaches like it, I have no problem with it. It is just another thing to pass the time during the offseason for the fans.

I'm over the 18 thing. I kind of like the 7 thing though. So I can't bitch because I'm a walking contradiction on the issue.

Thanks, Big Man! I was just going to point out that Matt Mauck played under Saban, not Miles.

Understand #18 as it has spanned more than one regime. The other #'s could care less but many times recruits request a certain number keeping this relevant

If I remember correctly it started before Les , by the players. So #7 & #18 is a players tradiation. As long as they want to keep it goin ; keep it . We have no say in the matter as fans.Geaux Tigers!

Why do we even have to have this thread? You felt your opinion should be the last one? It's a waste of time, who cares
