Something tells me that Foley never reached out to LSU or any other university in advance of the storm, to see how they've handled similar situations in the past and what they may have learned good or bad. He really did not want to play that game.

Don't forget that Jeremy Foley was insisting the game would be played Saturday at noon in Gainesvile WHILE A CATEGORY 4 HURRICANE WAS CLOSING IN ON THEIR STATE.
Foley insisted on it and was confident until the day before it was to hit Gainesville (thursday).
Yep, we obviously owe that idiot, who can't read a forecast map, an apology.
