h... He didn't come up short... If Dupre doesn't misjudge the ball it's a TD. Dupre turned the wrong way and started to backpedal. That's the only reason it was incomplete. It's always the QBs fault though right...??

That's because he threw it behind him. He had the whole middle of the field to throw him open, but he threw it short and where the defender could make a play.

Disclaimer: I think Harris is QB1.

Great idea, but I honestly can remember the last time a receiver caught a ball in stride. The best we can hope for is run to a spot, turn around and hope the ball is close.

Jennings hit dural and diarse in stride for tds in Wisconsin game last year. Jennings hit dural in stride sam houston on first play. Jennings best pad was actually the long ball.

He goes up against LSU's D every day in practice.

If that's the case our QBs should of played at an elite level last year...but we all know that wasn't the case. No matter how hard some fans try to down play McNeese as an opponent, we needed to play that game. It is what is at this point.

Do y'all really think one game against a JV opponent is going to make that much of a difference in the outcome next week for Harris or any of our other players?

Um, frick yes.

A win in TS and a solid outing would do wonders for a young fellas confidence. That's quite literally why these games are scheduled.

We've got a QB that can throw it on a rope

And it's a small sample size but it tells me that they trust Brandon to run a real offense and utilize our playmakers

Watching the game between Southern Miss and Ms state and I think a guy like Diarse could have a huge game playing the seams. they had issues covering the hashes

They also gave up some big plays running and passing.

SM really had a chance in the game but their coach played conservative in the fourth and then Miss State scored some garbage time to make it look better

If we can stop Prescott from going 08 Tebow on us, then we'll be fine

I agree, but for some reason we don't throw to him.

Just give the ball to 7. He'll rack up 150 and 3 TDs and we come home happy.

A "tune up" game is more than BH getting comfortable and making the right reads, yada yada yada..... it's needed for him, so that he can guide and direct those that are lost. One down when I think Brosette and Guice were both in there.... the whole backfield, to include BH looked very lost!

On the long pass, he was rushing, he had time to plant and throw, he didn't thats why it came up way short. He's better than that and has a much stronger arm.

Haha well it's confirmed. You have absolutely no clue what the he'll you're talking about.

Do you idiots just make this shite up? There's plenty to criticize about LSU's offense last year, but there were 100 instances, at least, of receivers catching perfectly thrown balls in stride. This includes multiple deep balls from both QBs, and it includes several to the TE in the bowl game.

For the love of god, it's "wouldn't have." I also see a lot of people use "would of" for "would've."

This is just awful and embarrassing.

That's still not the same as live action and the reps behind it.
