Ole Miss beat BAMA head to head. That makes sense. It also shows less bias than I expected. I don't, however, get OK over LSU when our two losses were to two teams still in the top 4. AND we have won 7. They have only won 5. ?????

Don't get it

LSU has 2 big loses. OM has 1 loss by 3, even though it was with us having 4 turnovers and a missed 21 yard field goal.

If LSU takes care of business the rest of the season then this is a mute point

But Oklahoma? Only 5 wins. Really?

Yes... Ole Miss deserves to still be ranked above us. I was criticizing their placement of Oklahoma.

LSU lost by 5 touchdowns to Auburn.

We deserve no consideration for the playoff unless we win the SEC.

Next.

Its way to early. I agree BAMA needs to be in the top 4.

Don't worry too much about rankings at this point. If we win the SEC, they're not keeping us out.

I am not talking about the top 4. I am talking the reasoning of the committee. I think that Ole Miss deserves to be above BAMA. It actually URKS me that BAMA is usually given a pass and booted right up the chain when at all possible.

I just don't get OKLAHOMA 5-2 over LSU 7-2 with our two losses being to teams STILL IN THE TOP 4... Don't get it..

I just want someone to explain the reasoning of OK. over us.

I am not talking about the SEC tangled mess. I am just talking the thought process of the "humans".

What is so special about the LATERS??

jmo, but it doesn't matter right now, because if LSU takes care of business, OU won't be ahead of them, at the end of the season.

I disagree that BAMA should be in the top 4.

What does the rest of Oklahomas schedule look like compared to ours? Honestly I don't know.

We lost to Auburn by 5 touchdowns.

That is the reason.

If Ole Miss loses to Auburn and we beat BAMA there is no way that we just both of them

two big losses

I said this in another thread, and now I'm beginning to believe it - I know most of y'all left early in the MSU game, but didn't anyone tell you that we came back and it came down to a hail mary?

I was thinking the same thing, our win over a top 4 team is easily better than any of OKs wins and our losses are to 2 teams ranked in the top 4

I don't get being ranked behind them either

Why is the fact that Auburn and MS would be 2 losses for just about every team in the top 25 ever brought up.

Why say Michigan State for example is better than LSU if you think Auburn and MS would be losses for Michigan State. (clearly they think that are they wouldn't be ranked ahead of them)

It makes the argument for not playing a hard schedule a legitimate one, why play a top school if a loss to a top school is worse than just not playing anybody.

I know that but that's only 2 games. The rest of them count also.

Unless we blow out Bama, we'll still be ranked behind them. We're not impressing the committee with that Auburn game on our resume, so our only chance is to win the SEC and force their hand.
