My father is friends with JJones dad and weeks ago he told my father unless he gets top 10 money we will be a tiger. It been his dream since he was a lil boy to be a tiger. If im not mistaken he signed after his 10th grade year. The only thing gona hurt us on Lee is that I see him geting redshirted in football and he wants to play both. I know he be a weekend starter but the ? gona be football. Maybe the LAD just want pay him what he wants and he be a tiger.

Lee - most indications is he's coming to LSU
I guess he just wants to enroll in summer school at LSU because he's bored this summer and doesn't have anything else to do. He's a Boras client who's going to ask for money that is way out of slot for his draft selection from a team (Dodgers) who's owners are going through a divorce right now. Also, the Dodgers are an extremely smart run organization, they draft very well and recently had the #1 farm system for several years in a row. They know next years draft crop is loaded with talent and if they happen not to sign Lee, they'll get 2 picks in next years first day of picks.
Still looking fo rthe funny aspect in all of that...

How good are the incoming catchers that we have signed, I thought we were expecting one to get drafted high enough to maybe sign. Which one are we expecting to push for the starting job?

According to Adam, Ross will be the guy. He apparently has top 10 round talent, so we should see him in the starting spot.

From p. 58 of the NCAA's report, just after it mentions that the wins from the 2004 football season are vacated:
"Regarding penalties C-5, C-6 and C-7, the vacations shall be effected pursuant to NCAA Bylaws 19.5.2.2-(e)-(2) and 31.2.2.3-(b) and shall include participation in any postseason competition, including football bowl games, conference tournaments and NCAA championships."
and
"Any reference to the vacated results, including championships, shall be removed from athletics department stationery, banners displayed in public areas, and any other forum in which they appear."
That's serious revisionist history.
