seems 50/50.
heres another more recent article from same local news.

Meanwhile, Gausman continues to create a buzz.
Yesterday, he told us that he was likely leaning toward sticking with his LSU commitment — and despite interpretations to the contrary, I certainly got the impression in speaking with him that he was leaning toward not signing with the Dodgers. Obviously, things can change. That’s simply my interpretation from talking to him yesterday afternoon.
Logan White, the Dodgers assistant general manager of scouting, told MLB.com last night that Gausman saying he was leaning toward college was “a normal part of the process.”
“He would’ve been a potential late first-round sandwich pick, but he’s got significant signing demands as well,” White continued. “And he may not sign. We’ll see what happens.”
Is Gausman posturing? Maybe. He sure sounded intent on LSU, though.
