If he can help LSU take advantage of some of the TE talent we have, in addition to the WRs, then he'll be worth every cent he's paid.

Yea, I am sure he single handidly made a decision like this ....... he is treading on thin ice after Jan 5th. We keep having to hire good coaches to compensate for his short comings. Maybe one day one will take over his job.

Good coaching background with pro coaching experience should help in recruiting! He deserves the opportunity.

Definitely like the hire. Was at Mcneese State for 10 years so he should have some connections for recruiting that area.

One thing that will improve their ability to catch the ball is repetition. Hope we will see more passing in 2012 as Les looks to restore the credibility he lost in the locker room, recruiting front, and national stage.
