yes it lets you choose the area where you would like to sit, but it doesn't give you the choice of what seat you want anymore. Before you could look at a seating diagram with each individual seat, and choose from any of them that were available.

They must have just changed it. I was able to pick my seats.

People bitch about day games and the stupid media thinks it's because it cuts down on drinking time for the fans. Actually, I'm hard core and I'll be there, but 1/2 the stadium is getting their arse busted by the sun in their eyes.

Looks like they did change it -- you can now see the seat map and choose your own seats. Guess the system didn't crash. Hope it wasn't because of lack of demand.
