I wonder if he means players will be proficient at 35% of it or that Steve E is 35% done making it up.

Umm it's really obvious that O cares and cares a lot what the fans think. He campaigned for the job playing on fans wishes. It's also obvious that it bothers him his ability to be a HC is in doubt by the fans, that was evident on the call in shows.
Im not criticizing him for feeling that way but don't act like he doesn't care what the fans think.

Watched some of the Kentucky spring fling it. Score was like 45-36 or close to that.
LSU fans would be all up in arms about no defense.

I've said it before and I will say it again, I wouldn't expect much out of the offense in the spring no matter who the OC is. 14 practices before a spring game just isn't a lot of time IMO to implement an offense with all new skill players and 3 inexperienced QBs.
