Remember how when he first got the interim job he even opened up camp to the media during the season and everyone thought, "wow, Miles would never do this"
Now that the interim tag is off, he no longer has to sell himself.

Someone in another thread claimed that O was being too nice to the media so that when he struggles, the media wouldn't be on his arse too bad.

But yeah, everybody is going to miss the total access to practices CLM provided. It must have been tough on the players to do the Big-Cat drill for hours at a time.

Just like a politician. Tell the public what they want to hear in order to earn their vote. Get elected, then proceed to do the opposite. I'm referring specifically about opening practices, which he had no problem doing while trying to win the job. Once the interim label was removed, closed practices. Go figure.
