Thank you, LSU has been doing this, and I'll date myself, at least since 1983, it is nothing new.

Sorry to toss water on your weenie roast, but I have had nothing but good experiences with the people there.

But let me guess what the problem might be – when you call, do you immediately say: “Hey a-hole, I need you to ___________________.”

WOW!! I'm glad they don't call you or go to your job and tell you how to do it.

For a multi-million dollar operation, the ticket office sucks.

Supply shortages will do that. It's not like they have to hustle to increase ticket sales this season. They sort of sell themselves, no matter how shitty the service is relating to the transactions.

We've incorrectly labeled the endzones - got them reversed.

Does this mean that this season's tickets will become valuable collectors' items over the years, sort of like defective coins and stamps do?

The ticket office is like a bunch of graduates students working on a sports promotions degree. They keep them down there so they do not have to deal with people directly.

i work in a ticket office, and i can say im kind of offended to be included in ALL student workers at ticket windows. maybe the ones at lsu dont give a shite, but i like to think that myself, as well as my coworkers, do a great job when handling calls

Actually, the field is correct. The ticket office has North and South reversed. My tickets are in 611 and opposite the purple end zone.

When you're facing North, West is supposed to be to your left. On the tickets East and West are correct, and the colors of the end zones are correct.

I too have had good experiences with the ticket office. When I talk to them I realize that they are in control and I just do what I need to do to get help. I have had a situation that a student worker told me something that wasn't true but I asked him to make sure of that info. He checked it out and changed his story. So even if they are wrong about something, you can get it straight buy getting the info verified by someone else. It was worth the cross checking. As long as you don't go "postal" and treat them like dirt, they will try to help you. I see this daily as being in the food service industry, people treat my employees like trash because they simply want to be rude. Try being nice for no reason, it may even work for you.
