Hey, I wouldn't try to actually say anything either if I was you.

If you were me, you wouldn't have to work so hard to cover your tracks.

I don't have anything to cover. You on the other hand will do nothing but sling insults without a shred of anything to substantiate them, post an emoticon, dodge the actual conversation, then disappear. Rinse and repeat.

ETA And as predicted you just bounced. Always fun

The binder was funny because Gen X and even many young boomers had already moved on to laptops, ipads, and smart phones for note taking, storing files not hard copies, and giving presentations?

An interesting point I thought of last night: Has any team ever fired a national championship winning coach and went on to win a national championship with the coach they hired to replace him?
Auburn came pretty damn close to doing this with two lousy coaches

Holy looseleaf paper Batman, thank goodness Coach O had a binder!

You're such an asshat. Whenever anyone says anything good about O, you immediately reply with something to denigrate him and take away the credit he is due, and then say something like this as if you're not completely triggered by the idea that you have been completely wrong about O all of this time.

I admit it. I did not like the hire and I was wrong. At least I took a wait and see attitude though. Why not just man up and admit you were wrong or at least stop shitting all over other people's posts whenever they say something good about O. I'm so sick of the fragile egos on this board. Just be happy and if someone wants to say something positive, maybe just let it slide once in a while.

The binder jokes aren’t, and have never been, funny.

Reading is hard.

I said he needed to fix the offense to succeed. He apparently agreed. Not sure how I was "completely wrong."

Just like many before you, you're trying to take what I said outside of the context of the subject of this thread. It's why you didn't include what was after the "but." Y'all get too worked up without actually getting what I post

He’s 3 years in. He’s still in the first part of his tenure. We will most likely make the playoffs this year.

No asshat. It's not that we're all too stupid to understand your low IQ posts. It's that you say the same stupid shite over and over expecting people to eventually conclude that you're brilliant. Sorry to disappoint you.

I love all these registered in 2019 accounts telling me what I've supposedly always said.

For the vast majority of your existence on this site I've been very positive on what O has done. Why are you scared to post under whatever your real name is?

I've been a Coach O doubter from the very beginning. But...

quote:

Hope and pray was his strategy. He hit the jackpot with Burrow and Brady. Without those gets, he's fired.

You got to give him credit for going out and GETTING these two. You can kinda say this years burrow is a little bit of luck, but Brady was a far fetched plan that he saw something special.

Eta- it's also true that his first two OC situations weren't good....at all

I guess you didn't read to thread after thread last Sunday vaguely labeled "I was wrong". Plenty of crow has been devoured...so get off your high horse

Sorry to disappoint again, but this is my only account. I know some of you get a boner looking at their own post history on TD. Fortunately, I don't need to invest so much of my life on this site to recognize an insecure pretender when I see one.

I thought about Ohio State, but they are not exactly the same situation.

Tressell officially resigned, though he would have been fired.

He resigned in May of 2011, and Luke Fickell coached the team for a year before the team hired Meyer.

I will give partial credit, but it's not the same situation as Orgeron, who was the interim coach as well.

Cheers.
