Dude. Mathieu was invited to the heisman ceremony and Peterson should've been too. They're up there in the top tier with guys like Casanova, Faulk and Dorsey

Right because lsu has a plethora of Thorpe,Bednarik,sec dpoy,and heisman finalist.
There is a short list of true sophomores to win the bednarik award and sec dpoy. The list begins and ends with one name.

TM7 had arguably the best season for a defender in NCAA history. The number of TOs, tackles for loss, and STs big plays he created was just staggering. The year before he was pretty damn good too.
If he doesn't get suspended a game then I think he would have been the favorite for Heisman.
TM7 is DEFINITELY in the convo for LSU Football Greats along with Cannon, Casanova, Charlie Mac, etc.

dang. that must've been why they were closed for lunch yesterday. the guy outside said they were shooting a commercial. Had no idea i was within 50 ft of 3 Tiger greats! I did score a $10 gift card for my "inconvenience.
