This team has grit. The possum is the perfect mascot for these guys.

Reminds me a lot of the 2008 team how they were struggling and just put it all together midseason and end up one of the hottest teams in baseball going into the postseason

It's crazy, cause I really didn't like this team at all early on. But they've put it together and surprised the hell out of me. Still don't think they have the talent to win it, but I think they could ride this wave to Omaha. Which would be a HUGE accomplishment for these guys.
