I want a shutout in the opener. But I find that to be somewhat unlikely because of first game jitters.

Get the kinds out 48-10

I don't gamble on 43 point spread

They let Mett, Rivers, and Bolden air it out all day. 52-7 our young guys in the secondary get scored on.

41-3. Les isn't going to show a whole lot in this type of game, which, I think, is a good idea (no need to sling the ball around and score 70 points in a game like this). I do think there will more throwing in the first half than what we've seen in the last 3 or 4 years. But, after the big lead, say 35-0 by the beginning of the 3rd, the starters are pulled and the O goes conservative. From there, it's just grind ball.

LSU 41 - NT - 9. Dominant but LM does not gang rape any team except Bama that is a visitor in TS. We could win by plus 50.

I'd love to see this but I just don't see Les doing this. Not that it's a bad thing in my opinion, I just don't think it's his philosophy.

LSU - 42
North Texas - 10

We'll throw it a round a little bit, but this will still be a ground and pound with Ware, Hilliard, Ford, and Blue type game. Very vanilla. Run up middle. Hope to wear them out. Get some of the younger guys some reps and get out injury free.

We'll open it up a lot the following week against Washington.

Tigers will have to tackle themselves or just fall down to keep from running up the score. It will be brutal.
