North Carolina or South Carolina?

So who do you really want in our bracket in Omaha NC or SC?
South Carolina is the only team that beat us in a series this year 2 out of 3 at home and we seem to play them very close in games in the last couple of years. They have the pedigree as of late and have CWS experience, don't know if that is who I want to see opposite LSU in our bracket.
Even though NC won over 50 games this year and has the number one ranking, in the games I have watched them play they don't look overly impressive. It took heroics for them to win the ACC tournament championship, heroics to win their regional and heroics to win the first game of the Super's and they got spanked yesterday. To me SC is just playing better baseball right now and feel NC is very beatable.

Given that USC is the only team to beat us 2 out of 3 all season, bring on UNC.
UNC has won multiple games this post season on walk-offs. They are barely scraping by. Wins are wins, but they are certainly struggling a bit.

I think that NC State pitcher is probably going to beat either one of them anyway. How does NC State's number 2 look?

We don't have a set #2. When Rodon started out cold, Ogburn became our Friday starter. Good college pitcher and pitched very well for most of this year. But he doesnt have great stuff. That's why he didn't start last night. He has a sub 3 era and lots of wins, but he is good enough to beat everyone but elite teams.
LSU roughs up whoever we send out after we beat UNC/USC with Rodon.
Only chance State would have would be to keep LSUs bats cool till about the 5th or 6th inning and we can get to our bullpen which is our strength. We have some amazing relief pitchers. Overman

i dont care either way. yes, usc beat us 2 out of 3 but we weren't playing our best at that point. we are back up to our high level of play and we could throw glenn at them who they haven't seen yet.
unc on the other hand seems to struggle and we owe them some revenge so i wouldn't mind them.

I'd rather see NC. Despite their lofty record, they've been winning by the skin of their teeth lately. And SC always plays tough in the postseason.

Yep you are correct, they beat them in the 9th inning with a 2 out RBI single but had trailed almost the entire game. South Carolina had 15 hits in the game against "supposedly" NC's ace and a very good pitching staff. And then they turn around and get absolutely spanked yesterday 8-0. In tournament play "ACC, Regional & Super's" NC has been taken to the limit by Clemson "14innings" NC State "19innings" got beat 3-2 by FAU then won 12-11 in the 12inning. Even though they are winning they aren't winning impressively, giving up way too many hits and runs and to me just seem beatable. Not that we can't beat SC, I just feel SC is playing better baseball right now and NC is very beatable. Plus NC got the #1 seed, it is always nice to take out the #1 seed to prove who is KING.

North Carolina. Even though I want SEC teams to make it, I would rather play an ACC school. They have not won a National Title in baseball since 1955.

Also I think it was a slight by the NCAA to rank UNC higher than LSU in the seedings. LSU had just come off beating Vandy in the SEC tournament, NC struggled in the stretch of their schedule a bit and didn't look impressive winning the ACC tourney giving up too many runs and hits. I would like to prove to the NCAA even though you put us at #4 you were wrong we just took your #1 team to the woodshed and
