Lately i have been thinking that Miles is the perfect Coach for College ball of 20 years ago.
It does seem that now a reaal arsehole in college does well and the nice guys....not so much.
By that theory:
Shiano might be a great college coach at a big time program but his bully crap is not working in the pros. Who does that remind you of?

Miles is not mentally strong or blessed with discipline
So, his teams are the same...
He can motivate his team for a few big games each year, but not every game. His teams are not mentally strong enough to maintain the consistency needed to be elite in the SEC...
