Alabama and Ole Miss are the two biggest traditional SEC rivals that we have.

On this topic, a rivalry goes both ways. I'm not sure who would Ole Miss claim. MSU I guess. LSU, I have no idea. Ours are AU and UT and there is really no third place. OM, UGA,KY, UF, LSU are all the same on our rivalry scale. LSU is simply logistically not gonna work, not enough LSU folks around Bama and vice versa. Same with Florida. We got way too many UT's and Aubs around. And UT is close to us in wins as well as geographically.

when I was a student at LSU, it was Ole Miss 100% each week got tehllole Miss etc
Now as anoutsider (living in NJ) it seems like Alabama or Auburn. When I mention Ole Miss I seem to get a nod but no rivalry feeling from the youth.

I don't think LSU fans really care about Ole Miss...which to me is the biggest insult of them all.

for me #1 is probably florida. mainly because when i was first really paying attention to LSU florida was kicking our arse. so now that its more back and forth i really look forward that that game.
#2 would be auburn. i just don't like them.

How about "mutual rivals". Bama hates Auburn as much as Auburn hates Bama, same for Bama and Tenn, Ga and Fl, Ole Miss - Miss State.
LSU-Arky maybe, nah. LSU-Tulane, nope.
