There it is. You see everyone, we do not have a systemic problem on offense because of mett last year, our special teams and defense in 2011 and because of our offense a decade ago.

Jarrett Lee was among the SEC leaders in QB efficiency in 2011. What a crazy notion that upperclassmen QBs play better than (basically ) first year starters. Let's see how they end up before we say there is systemic issue other than young guys not being as good as old guys.

Yep, Chavis had great numbers. But, we still couldnt stop Alabama with 58 seconds to go in the game and didnt stop a running quarterback all year.

You have information that it is inaccurate? I am aware that the its unsubstantiated, but for people to think that didnt have ANY affect on his decision is naive.

This is your response?

It's unsubstantiated. Burden of proof is on you to show me evidence that it was said. how would I prove something wasn't said?

1. An opinion doesn't require me to prove anything to you. I believe it, if you dont want to then dont.

2. The article is unsubstantiated how? Because of his wife's comments? (Im honestly asking, is there other information other than that?)

You serious?

This reeks of unsubstantiated garbage
quote:

Sources close to LSU said former Tigers defensive coordinator John Chavis' growing frustration with the struggles of the team's offense was the primary reason he left for the same job at Texas A&M.

The sources said the contract negotiations, the Aggies offered $340,000 more annually, were a non-issue in his decision to leave LSU and that Chavis simply felt it was time to go.

Especially the underlined. You need to name a source if you're going to make such a ridiculous claim. That line is complete bullshite.

ETA: As for

You asked me for information why I say it's unsubstantiated. I can't link you to someone not saying something. Do you just not understand that?

He does not need to name a source. That is silly thinking.

So it's unsubstantiated then. I have a source that says Kleinpeter is completely full of shite. I choose not to name it though. But you still have to take it seriously because I have a source.

You can go back and look at my post when it came out, I told people for them not to think the offense having some affect on his decision is naive. I dont, nor have I ever, claimed it to be the entire reason. Apparently this article, along with his statement at his PC in CS shows that it had some bearing on it.

All I am asking is if someone can tell me from that from the horse's mouth that it had no bearing on the decision and no one can do that, therefore you cant prove the article is totally unsubstantiated.

Again, if you choose to believe it had no affect on his decision, great, I dont.

Did I say no effect? I said this particular article is completely unsubstantiated because of the quote that I reposted and underlined for you. Do you believe the article?

It's time for the fans to speak up and voice their opinion on this mess. Encourage all fans to write Alleva.

I wonder if season ticket renewals will be 99% again.

It's time for the fans to make a statement.

I believe that this quote is pretty telling.

quote:

was the primary reason he left for the same job at Texas A&M.

I dont believe that part.

Including the defense.

The defense that "was not into the game" held Alabama to 5 field goals through 3.5 quarters despite the offense not crossing the 50 you imbecile.

Is that why we lost to Georgia last year? Or Bama in '12 and this year? Ole Miss? Notre Dame?
