I think with today's performance all the heisman talk can be laid to rest. There are at least 10-15 players playing better at the moment.

I think that is a good thing for the team...last year, we ran the ball way too much, trying to get Leonard his yards, and we never developed a passing game.

How do LSU fans not understand September means nothing.

If we continue to win (and beat Bama/ole piss) Fournette is the front runner.

no way...the kid from Louisville is the front runner...plus you have the RB from Stanford and the QB from Clemson...not to mention the QB from Ohio State. Leonard is on outside looking in...

LF should just focus on going pro. The Heisman is overrated. Its a dual threat quarterback award. The QB at Louisville or Deshuan Watson will more than likely win it. McCaffery only has a shot if Deshuan or Lamar seasons' do a 180.

If LSU wins the SEC, there's no way he is not the front runner, IMO.

1700 rushing yards, about 300 catching. 20-ish TDs. Leader of the SEC winner.

Point is, every Lamar Jackson vote in September means didley poop.

10-15? You know he's averaging about 140 a game rushing right?

Eddie Lacy says hello. He wasn't a front runner until the very end. Give it time...

The heisman' steam has to be a contender. LSU is not a contender. Nowhere near it.

This is only said by people with no shot at winning it.
