It was good to see him get that 60 yard run late. The kid could have gone to a number of big time programs and been their starter as a freshman.. I know Texas wanted him bad.

He just got buried in the depth chart here, so it was good to see him get one. Glad he didn't transfer out with the mass exodus this offseason.

I don't mind seeing a little 3-headed monster action with him, Guice, and Williams if Fournette needs longer to heal.

Whatever happens, he is way better here than at Texas.

His senior year here at LSU will make him a lot of money.

If he sticks it out like Terrance Magee did his senior year will be great.

He is only a sophmore, I imagine he will get plenty of carries next year...

Once he gets his pop back in his knee after the ACL Surgery he will be just fine .

This. ACL repairs take 2 years to be back to better than pre-injury. So happy for him, great kid with a great family.

That was a nice run and happy for Brossette to get his chance, but difference is a healthy #7 takes that same play to the house.

He'll be glad he chose to stick around by his Jr year when he is the talk of the country.

He did tweet he came here because of Miles. I know when he was younger he had stayed at their house.

Don't think he will transfer, but he's young and just has some good dudes in front of him. He will get his shot.

Brossette is one of a number of players who got his redshirt burned for no appreciable reason last year.
Now maybe he didn't want to sit but how many times have we seen a guy play an insignificant role as a freshman?
It was a shame that Travis Daniels had to burn his shirt in 2001 but at least it was for a championship.

yup. it's actually smart to go somewhere you can shine for one year or even split time and not take a beating in college.

the nfl doesn't draft rbs according to how many yards a guy gained in college.

It's actually good not to give all your carries away in college

Miles getting fired is the best thing that could happen to this kid. He will now see playing time that he would never have gotten under Miles. He probably would have transferred if Miles had remained at LSU. I'm still waiting to see Ducre get his chance too. A big back that can run!

I love how Fulton got his RS burned last night and played one play. And it was the Hail Mary prevent play. I'll never understand burning a RS if the player is not going to even play on special teams

If he just focuses straight ahead instead of trying to locate the pursuing DBs he scores on that play.

After This year especially the position will clear up, then after next it will really clear up. He would be wise to stay.
