Didnt mean to leave Dodd off I def think he'll probably get the chance at guard or center. You honestly think Pocic goes all the way to tackle?

This is how I see things shaking out if every non-senior returns.

LT Hawkins/Austin (if he returns)/Domond
LG Alexander/Malone
C Dodd/Clapp
RG Boutte/Brumfield
RT Pocic/Teheuma/Tillery

I think Pocic will be our starting LT in 2015. Move to RT is training while Hawkins is there next year.

This looks right unless Hawkins goes pro and Tillery commits.

Not sure at what spot, but Brumfield will be a starter next year.

I love Pocic at G because he gets to the second level very well on pulls. We really need to see what Hawkins(more likely to stay) and Alexander decide. Clearly, they will be starters if they return.

All these guys now have been in the zone scheme for a year under Grimes. Malone, Boutte, and Dodd will be in their 3rd year, and Clapp, Brumfield, and Domond in their 2nd year. Hopefully Austin can contribute plus the new players.

I actually feel better about the OL next year than I do about the QBs and DEs. I would put the OL even with the LBs at this point, but I've been wrong before. All other position groups I feel good about regardless of who leaves early, but I realize LSU will lose some good players at those spots as well.

Even losing Collins and Porter, the OL depth will be better next year, as will the overall talent, IMO. Tuehema is a young beast and could become the first full-time TF starter for the LSU OL. If the passing game develops to just being average, the Tigers' offense should put up 450 ypg next year.

I believe Domond and Pocic start on the right side... Not sure which at OG or OT because I think they are both very qualified to play either. If Hawkins stays I think he will be an All-American LT. If Vidal goes pro I think Tuehema steps right in at LG.. Dodd's an easy choice at center. Very impressed with him in his limited time this year.

This seems about right. Hawkins should stay cause he could benefit tremendously from it. If he stays then he is locked in at the LT spot. Pocic would most liekly go out to RT but I could see him being LG in order to have adominant side of the line. Dodd is pretty much guaranteed to be the C. Miles has said great things about Malone, so I would see him starting at either LG or RT.... Then again when Miles speaks highly of a guy it doesn't mean shite.

So basically yal are confident we'll be ok on the line? Because everyone always wants to bring that up when someone says 2015 will be a good year.

very confident of it. May take a few games to gel, but loaded with talent and deeper than this year.

It depends on who goes pro. What about Clapp?
