Next week is huge for this team

Get a win at home against UGA and then a great opportunity against a top 3 ranked team in OU. Going to be fun.

Disagree, If LSU finishes 13-5 in SEC and wins against Oklahoma, they will get in the tourney

Yep, beat georgia and your rpi will go up regardless of the outcome against oklahoma

If we have some bad losses, yes. But this is not one that we NEED.

what about 13-5 and a oklahoma loss
1 win against a ranked opponent mixed in with some bad losses

Losing to OU will not hurt our NCAA Ty shot.
Losing home games to UGA or State or Florida or Mizzou or alabama will hurt us very much.
Avoid bad losses and win the games we are supposd to win and we'll get in the NCAA's. What we did in Nov-Dec will be downplayed because of us missing two starters/major contributors.

I know OU is 1 right now but lost this week and could potentially be jumped by UNC.

They don't have to do nearly that much, the field is very weak this year.

so basically lsu has to win all but A&M, USCe, UK, and OU, and one other game where LSU sleepwalks, refs take over, etc

We are 5-2 in sec play. We need to win 12 in sec play to make Tourny. 11 wins means we need two sec Tourny wins or we are on the bubble
