What's the criteria on getting into a NY6 bowl? If I remember it's you have to be Top 14 right? We win out I think LSU could be really close to a upper tier bowl.

Even if we win out, it's a stretch to see us in a top-tier bowl game. I think the best we can hope for at this point is another trip to Orlando.

If we win out - LSU, aTm, and Auburn likely all have 3 losses.

One of those teams would be selected to the Sugar Bowl. I believe the Sugar Bowl would get to pick their own team, as long as that team is ranked within the top 14 (or whatever the criteria is.

I don't think it's necessarily the highest ranked team in the CFP committee poll.

I think another SEC team will get in NY6. Nobody from the east will get in. If lsu wins out and I'm assuming Bama takes care of AU, I think lsu has a shot to end up in cotton or sugar

I was saying earlier if we win out I think Cotton would be perfect

Yeah, I've got high hopes for the Sugar, but realistically it may be the Citrus. I think the big hurdle is for Auburn to lose

In my mind, I'm already there.

I honestly don't mean to be negative but getting Bowl eligible is a major concern. LSU could easily lose the next 3 games.

The sec would push for auburn into the sugar especially with this new commissioner. I think we end up in a Florida bowl. I hope we face Nebraska.

Best record between LSU, A&M, and Auburn will certainly get the nod. If we win the rest of our games I think we'll get a good bid. Decent record and three losses against top 15 teams.

Auburn would have a better argument with 2 possible playoff teams and the head to head against us

We are not even bowl Eligible at this point. With the way we have played Arkansas over the last few years, I'm not sure we get there next week.

I think it will come down to LSU, TAMU and Auburn for the Sugar Bowl. If LSU wins out they could still be shutout from the Sugar. For example, if Auburn wins the SEC, Bama would likely have just 2 losses and then the Sugar would probably choose them.

LSU's best shot at the Sugar is to win out and for Auburn to lose to UGA or Bama.

Don't get your hopes up for the Sugar. If LSU, Auburn and A&M all have 3 losses, the Sugar likely takes Auburn or A&M. Both have fan bases that'll make the game a sellout and will fill hotels. LSU fans mostly would be locals and just drive to the game and go home afterwards. If its a toss up between LSU and another SEC team, advantage goes to team with fans who would be filling hotels too

We win out we are going to a bcs bowl plain and simple. Especially if LF has big games...
