ok so....
The current advertized capacity of the the current Tiger Stadium is 92,542
So we're currently getting let's be generous and say 1,000 "bonus fans" from the current Tiger Stadium?
According to TAF the SEZ expansion will add 5,880 seats? 60 suites (of 23 seats/tickets), 3,000 club seats, as well as about 1,500 general public seats, so 5,880 seats will be added from SEZ ?
92,542 + 5,880 = 98,422 ........
So even with 1000 "bonus fans" (bringing record single game attendance up to 99,422) like the current Tiger Stadium has invented... Tiger Stadium after the SEZ expansion will probably not get us over 100k ?
Either Mr. Alleva and Mike the Tiger know something we don't, or it looks like Miles is wrong and the expansion won't even push us over 100k

I can't believe this hasn't been posted. Here's the deal, we announced our stadium expansion to seat 100k. Those silly aggies saw this and planned their expansion to hold more than us. LSU simply wasn't having it. It was supposed to be a secrete but Les let the cat out of the bag at the bash.

And he was able to see Texas from Tiger Stadium
He's better, that's where almost all of his income goes.

Still haven't taken into account the standing room only allotment.

thats nasty
I just dont understand why TAF would continually say 99500 and mile 103000. Something's fishy.

Miles has lost control of the stadium expansion.

60000 empty seats by halftime.
It's not just an LSU thing these days either. They need to invest in stadium based Wifi and give everyone access to it for free. People want to use their mobile devices at the games these days. If LSU and other schools don't adapt then people will not want to come.
This year's home schedule is very lackluster so expect to see alot of empty seats all around the stadium.
I love LSU and if I can make it to a damn game I know I will stay till the end. But, with all the costs going up like they have they need to start investing in the quality of the product. I agree with you. Things like Wifi and redoing all the bathrooms and consessions seem like minor fixes to me. In other words they need to try and treat it like a pro stadium as much as possible if it going to cost the same as going to pro games if not more.
