Sorry, but that looks like the love child of Elvira and Toonces.
Personally, I'd rather see "The Eye" on the helmets.

Plenty of potential with making the Eye of the Tiger a trademarked image for LSU.
Not in favor of putting it on the helmet but its great for caps, t-shirts and other merchandising avenues.

If anything would ever change it would probably need to be only a slight slight update to the existing one on the helmet logo to simplify it a bit. The logo needs to keep the equity of the current one (not toonces) toonces never established any equity as a branding except from people with no taste.

there are some great ideas on here, but the best "logo" IMO is the one we already have. the next best one is the eye and that should stay on the field and maybe some shirts and hats.
