I know they all need to play well, but who, out of the three needs to have the BEST game? I feel like Sheppard has the biggest task of them. If he contains Newton on busted plays and qb draws, we should be in good shape...

Nevis needs to dominate the Line and make them double and triple team him. This will free Sheppard to have a huge game as well.

I agree, he needs to disrupt their offensive line every down and the others need to swarm the ball.

Nevis is already a star right now. If he want to jump to the next level and become a legend, this game is where he does it.

I agree it starts with Nevis. Sheppard will need to have a ton of tackles though taking Cam when he gets past the D line. can't miss tackle and give up big gains

50/50

it is a tier job

he needs to be forced outside, and he needs to be tackled when he is

failure at any 1 tier is a failure at the job

I guess that is what I was getting at...it will be up to him (Sheppard) to stop the big play opportunities for Newton...

Has to be Nevis - if he gets going and dictates double and triple teams, then that frees up other players to make some noise.

Speaking of Nevis, has anybody offered "The Nevisis" as a nickname (like nemesis)? Seems like that he embodies that pretty well.

hopefully that chop block shite stopped when Tuberville left town.

The Nevisis was incredible for the UF game and I think he'll be key in stopping the read option.
