Is that something that has to be motioned and voted on by the AD’s of each school at the annual meeting?

It involves taking away power from the current mother-load of all cash cows in all of college sports, Alabama. Good luck with that. Similar to moving Google from Mountain View/Palo Alto or brokers from Wall Street.

How would a false flag mass shooting result in the SEC offices being moved?

Not going to happen. The City of Birmingham essentially gives them (and the SWAC) free office space.

I agree that the SEC office should be moved. It’s about time people demanded that it be moved to Tuscaloosa. I mean think of how much money Bama has made for the SEC? Why should Saban have to drive to Birmingham to wine and dine SEC officials? It’s so unfair. And while we’re at it, we agreed to move the SECCG to Atlanta back when UGA sucked. Who would have guessed Richt would finally get run off and UGA would hire a Saban disciple and start showing up in the championship game? Time to bring it back to Birmingham where Bama gets home field advantage and not Georgia.

Why do people thinking moving to a different building will solve anything, if the same people remain in it?

for the most part, they won't.

lot of places would give them free office space. That means nothing and isn't even a consideration

They do when the people that hire the refs are also in that location

Generally, the Presidents represent the member schools for voting matters.

Strategically thinking, the coup can not start with LSU. We have no cred because we whine about everything. Mississippi State is fine but we need groundswell from the majority of SEC schools. If we could get Vanderbilt to lead the charge, we’d get some traction. Honestly, anyone know a key influencer on this side from Nashville?
