I dunno...but it was West Side Story last week in Houston and I suspect it will be the same this week.

Funny how those terms seem to stick in our minds...
People get all up in arms about the musical themes of the halftime show. I wonder how people would react to the show if they had NO idea what the tunes were from....in other words, the band just went out and played and marched the tunes without the announcer saying what they are. I don't think people would mind. The tunes are up-beat enough, the Golden Girls dance, the flags wave, and everything flows.
I think people just get upset when they hear "West Side Story" or "Music with a Latin Flare". The music isn't really that bad.

what are you talking about? At least til Thursday, we still had people giving their thoughts about the game. It's Friday and Sam Houston State. Not much to talk about than we already haven't talked about a billion times.

But don't worry, Miles seems to like the kid. Meaning he will be our starter in a "two QB system" until he looks semi comfortable then Jennings will become our full time fat lady, coming into the game to hand it off then take a knee.
If all that happens then the Rant circa 2011 will be back in all of its former glory.

The talk about the Wisconsin game has pretty much died down by now, and we're about to play Sam Houston State, so most threads relating to tomorrow are about the stadium, fans, etc. instead of the actual game.
