Decision should be quick. Saw Emerett answering questions and stated they had to get the Miami players' decisions out asap because of so many involved. Maybe now it's our turn. As lame as those punishments to the Miami guys were, Shepherd may sit out one and repay.

All i can fathom is that the clearing house portion is different than the Suspension reviews.

Afterall, bama got a decision on Duron Carter right at the wire.

I was under the impression that his issue was talking to a player regarding the Lyle's situation. It's hard to keep up these days.

Not a housing issue. He "discussed his NCAA questions with a player about to be interviewed by the NCAA".
Ya gotta be kidding. Kid is probably sitting around with a teammate over a cold bud, talking bout the weather for all we know .
This falls in the "each case is evaluated individually " file. Emmett is trying to change that, but we have to live it for now.

This is the same concept as why Dez Bryant got suspended for a year for lying even though the thing he was lying about was not an NCAA violation.

More then taking money from agents the thing the NCAA will hammer you hardest on is interfering with the enforcement process.
