Thanks for reinforcing my points. Miles had to do all of the things I mentiond to keep the head coaching job at a competative SEC school.

He couldd have stayed at Okie State with his boys, recruited mostly three star recruits and won eight or nine gqmes a year for 20 years.

I don't think badly of Les. I just doubt he knew he would have to become the nutcutter that one has to be in this competive situatin.

He handled all of these situations with dignity and grace because he is a good man. I just doubt he took much pleasure from amy of it.

Many people have a hard time dealing with the real world, fans that is. Many times I have had to let people go that were not doing the job as I needed it done. Nice is the wrong word. Respectful and caring are better terms to use in this situation and CLM is apparantly that guy.
