Yup. Most of his posts are copied and pasted over and over and over. Myself and 2006 have learned to just frick with him or ignore him. He'll catch someone every couple days, similar to how you're about to get hooked.

Funny, you didn't mention head coaches in your post. That is the only way Aranda can leave without paying for the next defensive coordinator at LSU.

I imagine they have aspirations to do that.

Let's see, I'm making close to 2 million coaching at LSU with Coach O doing my recruiting. Should I go to the pro's and make much less? Tough decision.

Yeah, I make a lot more than what Dave Aranda does each year. If I only made a million and a half dollars as a DC I would have to sell my house and move into a truck camper. That poor SOB will have to eat beans and franks the rest of his life. When I'm on my yacht in Italy. I will think about that poor MF'er.

Talk to me. Tell me your side of the argument and if I can possibly live up to your level, I will try my best to respond. What hires, promotions, fires do you disagree with? I'm talking about Coach O and what he has done since becoming the interim head coach.

What move do you hate that will ruin the LSU team? What move would you have done if you were the head coach?

No I didn't miss those games. For 3 quarters of the bama game our entire fanbase was at the edge of thier seats. Their QB was better than ours that night, ours was also hurt so was our RB. I still don't get why people bring up these two games because its not like Les Miles could have done any better. We had a great game plan until we got into the redzone w/ FL. I'll blame that on O for not having them prepared on that part of the game but it's not like our offense was set up to take advantage there.

That will likely change this year. FL was just a much more lucky team that day and that happens sometimes but it was still a fun game to watch. This year O will have the entire offseason to prepare his team the way he likes and from the adjustments I saw him make in the little time he had made a huge difference. I'm expecting even more positive results from his changes this offseason.

We'll see I guess. I just don't get why our own fanbase has this negetive outlook on LSU. Not that any of it matters because many years under Les our fans had a positive outlook and the results sucked so maybe it will flip this time around. GT

Exactly. We'll see. I've bashed the O hire just as much, if not more, than any on here. But with the season right around the corner, excitement for Tiger football is taking over, and I just don't care to bitch about it anymore. I still don't think O will take us back to an elite level, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. We will know a lot by the end of this season, but we'll know everything we need to know after years 2 and 3.

Nothing Jones? WTF? Why did you even open this thread? I thought you had some idea that would help us LSU fans. Nothing to say?

Two responses to your post and nothing. But you reply to one post that has nothing to do with the thread.

You don't care to expand on your original post? Or god-forbid respond to one of my posts?

You are now all of a sudden a Peej buddy?

Tell me about your thoughts on the LSU team and how Coach O messed up extending Dave Aranda and hiring Matt Canada.

I patiently await the response that is not coming. But Peej will talk to you. Great conversation that I really look forward to. I bet all my money on what he says and I'm sure you do also.

50 days left. This is when it gets brutal. Hype videos start playing and the days get longer as I start counting down like kids do for christmas.

49 days left, and counting. As for Christmas, I got everything I wanted, the top two coord's in the country that I wanted at LSU are here, along with no more interference in the play-calling by a head coach, and I got the passion back that I wanted in LSU's football head coach. Dale Brown beat Kentucky at Kentucky, because of his great passion.

Nobody should ever down-play what passion brings to a football team. I bring passion to my business and it's been very successful, I also bring passion when cooking jambalaya and seafood gumbo for friends and family whom I love. And if you ever was blessed enough to taste my cooking, you'd know what passion brings. It brings out the best!

Definitely not a hr on paper. But it's done and no need to dwell on that. We have two top tier cord's Raymond coaching up the secondary and Pete & O on the dline. We have a lot of talent on both sides of the ball. Out qb returns with more experience than anyone in years coming off 59% 11td 5 int without a real OC & not 100%. Plenty to be pumped about. I choose not to complain months after the hire was made. O's first game as perm HC we looked like a very good team. He had em ready and they got a good win.

+1 - I like the way you are thinking! Let's also mention as a caveat that we have the best running back in the SEC and a "seasoned" QB in Etling who has proven to be a leader w his toughness and smart on the QB-IQ meter. Think for a second had the Auburn TD pass counted and we not frick up the Florida game we would have been in Sugar Bowl LAST season. That should give all Tiger fans reason for optimism. We also play Auburn at home this year. Could be a very special season. Geaux Tigers!

One of the best running-backs in LSU history is returning for the 2017 season, which should give the country's most talented offensive coordinator plenty of options. Tiger fans , get ready!

Watch and see. LSU's new offensive coordinator is going to dink and dunk defenses to death with short passes, leaving alley ways for LSU's extremely gifted running-back to roam, and he'll be gone to the races, the end zone that is. You can't catch this guy!

It's just slang, dog! You're free to do so.

But, I'm having a hard tie finding a reason for some fans being negative regarding the 2017 football season. LSU's returning running-back is a major threat on offense, Guice looked better at times last year than the no.4 overall pick in the NFL draft, LSU's offense will be far more unpredictable with Canada, and the defense, as a group, will be as solid as any in recent memory.

LSU fans have the right to be down, but they certainly don't have the reason. If so, show me where!

I'm Pumped, GEAUX Tigers!!!!!!!!!!!!
