Sorry for your loss. Dads are special and I miss mine everyday. He died in October of 2003, I cried like a baby when we won the championship that year!!! Still can't believe we've won two national championships and the Saints won the Super Bowl since he's been gone.

My Dad is now 92 and full of life. I am truly a blessed man for a couple of reasons. First, I was raised by him, and second, I still have him. God bless you!!!

Very sorry for your loss.

I lost my dad at a very early age but memories have always kept me going. Cherish all the good times until you see him again!

My dad died today after 2 years of suffering. I must admit, my fondest memory of him is sitting in the Superdome with him on January 4, 2004, watching LSU beat Oklahoma for the national championship. Had to post it.

sorry to hear that. Hopefully you will create memories like that with your kids.

My TD name is based on my memories of my Dad and I listening to many LSU games on AM radio in my youth, gathered around the Victrola stereo console. I'm very fortunate to still be able to call him after every game to discuss our team's victories and defeats. I tear up now thinking of the day I am no longer able do that. But I'll always have those fond memories.

God Bless. May your Dad rest in peace
