T Bob was "money" in the Bama game last year, so it's possible he could be "money" again.

Quick question on his playing RG:

If he was in a battle for the starting C job until the last week of camp, how many reps was he getting in practice at RG?

This is not meant as a bash on him but I was wondering this when the coaches sent him in as Blackwell's replacement. Who was running 2nd string during the practices and scrimmages at that spot?

i don't know if we really had many options. this is the year where the attrition from 2006 and onward at OL hits LSU

Williford, a redshirt freshman, who will probably get the start since T-Bob is so "money"

I know a lot of times one reserve OL is more involved in the game planning as a contingency plan for a few of the OL spots. This could have been the case with T-Bob.

Dont apologize to T-Boob unless you are the UNC Defensive Tackle that made T-Bob his B-yotch the entire game.

Ridley's fumble near the end of the game was a result of T-Bob getting man handled and bad ball control!

shite like this is why nega-Tigers suck. ive seen a dozen people saying T-Bob got knocked off the line. heres the fricking clip. i even slowed it down for everyone. T-Bob comes from the right side on an inside trap block, and finishes the linebacker coming from the left. as he was going down, the LB got his hand up and knocked the ball out of Ridleys hand.

please watch this, and then explain how in the frick any of this was T-Bobs fault.

It looks like it is Hebert's to lose, unless Williford can outplay him. . .or if Miles likes him better at center.

I rewatched the entire first half looking at just the O-line, and I think Hurst was the only one who had a bad half. When LSU ran, though, they ran behind Hebert & Hurst on the right side of the line, and they cleared it out more times than not. LSU's O-line mauled UNC's D-line the entire half, and that D-line had talent in the form of 4- & 5- star players.

And even that was only a handful of plays.

The OL looked good. Our RB's hold onto the ball, and that game isn't remotely close.

I did re-watch and focus on T-Bob. He didn't play awful considering he has not taken a single practice snap at the guard position this fall.

On that last fumble, Ridley really was trying to break it for a TD instead of just protecting the ball!

I think the fumbles can be coached away.

And I think they will be.

Ridley should have known to cover it up.

But they were what killed our offense more than anything more than the 2 dropped 3rd down passes and the dumb intentional grounding.

that was entirely on Ridley, no one else, though I'm sure it will be blamed on Miles. ("he doesnt coach ball control! we never had a fumble under Saban!")

Can't really put that on Miles.

I think that would be on Frank.

here you go. ABC never replayed it, so its hard to see anything here, but his arms sure as hell look extended and fixed the entire time, and his guy is locked up from start to finish.

Looks like a bullshite call to me. I have believed for a long time the refs are intimidated or flat out scared of some coaches, but Miles is not one of them. Saban or CUM would most likely never get that penalty called against them. If they did, the refs would be hearing about it both through the "review" process which we never know about and through the media.
