I'm a bit perplexed by all of my LSU fan family...I have yet to see one post, one article, not one complaint, hollering for Coach Jones' job...oh yeah, he's the Mens Basketball Coach for those of you scratching your head...they started the week 3 and 0, nationally ranked, and sporting the #1 recruit in the Nation/Pre-Season All-American/projected #1 pick in the NBA Draft...but yet they have been shalacked the past two nights in a row! But no one is calling for his job, I'm confused?!?! There was NO team better than LSU Baseball last year, we were LOADED, marched into Omaha once again, and for the 2nd year in a row and 3 Omaha trips in a row, and looked like the Bad News Bears...1 win in 3 trips to Omaha...but no one is calling for Mainieri's job, and no one has underachieved at LSU worst than him...now, hear me clearly, I do NOT want neither Coach Jones NOR Coach Mainieri to lose their job, I am a huge fan of both...but in all honesty, despite being repeatedly frustrated, I do NOT believe we should throw the winningest Coach in LSU history, out...fire Joe Alleva's arse, who black-ba!!ed Miles and is responsible for Chavis leaving...maybe getting rid of the one constantly stirring shite (Alleva), we might get a new atmosphere in BR...one that breeds support, one that breeds GEAUX TIGERS!!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone, I am especially thankful for my "damn fine football coach" in BR, the true definition and epitome of CLASS there is!!! (Now, he better run Cameron, Steele, and Pevoto's asses clean out of BR!!!) smile emoticon

Clearly, you don't watch baseball if you think no one has complained about Mainieri.
Johnny has issues, no doubt, but it's laughable to think he and Miles are in the same position.

Yep, one inherited a top program.
The other won 11 SEC games last year. The last 3 years of Trent won 12 combined. This will be our first back to back tourney appearances, imo, in about 10 years

First of all, I love your name but I am suing for copyright infringe... I kid. But after reading this.....
You apparently don't realize that 2 losses in football means "goodbye National Championship hopes" for most unless you are LuckyLeslie and #1 and #2 lose like they did for your team to squeak in the Championship game. Also, get it straight. Miles has the best winning % ever at LSU but is not the "winningest" coach in LSU history. Charley Mac would kick your arse for saying that. LSU Basketball will be in the NCAA tourney. LSU football will not be in the final 4 BCS playoff. Huge difference. Shut it.
