Has anyone heard anymore about this? I can seem to remember hearing a couple months back that next year the block of visiting fans in the South Endzone will be more dispersed throughout the stadium? I really hope so, I get sick of going to away games and sitting in the very last row, and seeing people come into TS and get a giant block of premium tickets.

Give them one small section in the southeast corner then stick the rest at the top of the east upper deck so they have to stare into the sun for evening games.

I remember the "talk"..the "want"..and even heard Alleva asked about this at a booster luncheon..

But, LSU's Ath-Dept will play this soft and PC, just as when f@cked by the refs, and not calling them out by our HC..our entire LSU Hierarchy will be pushovers and do other fanbases a courtesy that others do not for LSU's traveling fans..

LSU goes beyond the SEC mandated minimum for lower bowl, and it's sections for many of them seem far too generous.

LSU is by far the most generous of SEC schools in not dispersing the noise, by not breaking up the large section, and in giving so many front row seats.

I heard some LSU official on the radio and when asked about this came up with some BS to the effect that it would displace LSU season ticket holders in other parts of the stadium. Can you honestly tell me that 4,000 or so people in the upper decks wouldn't like to move down there?

The upper deck actually has a better view than the endzone, but that's another story for another day.

I agree, SEZ upper over lower corner are a better view for LSU fans.

According to NCAA regulations, a certain number of seats must be allocated to visiting team fans in the lower bowl (not sure exactly how many though). They are slowly moving them up as high as they can.

I know, I heard Alleva address the subject.

Still, whatever can be done, should be done, as a traveling LSU fan, I have seen firsthand how too generous LSU is in this trade with the rest of the SEC.

They get to sit in great lower bowl seats with a perfect view of our giant new screen.

I have sat in the student section which is identical, but the screen is behind us. The visitors seats are awesome.

I've always been amazed by this. We need to stick most of the visitors in the upper decks.

This shows you the kind of leadership LSU has at the top from the athletic administration to the ticket office. I've never met more clueless people in my life that are in charge of an organization that big. LSU needs a total makeover to make anyone respect them again.

It's the entire LSU administration, not just the athletic department. You've never seen a more clueless group of knuckleheads in your entire life.

LSU needs to move more of the visitors to the east upper deck. There are way to many good seats given in the lower bowl. Other SEC schools give the visitors hardly any lower bowl tickets.

Those south end zone lower tier seats aren't great seats

But they are far better than what we get when we play at Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, Georgia etc...

Move their asses up and turn off the escalators. The seats at Brian-Dennahey require supplemental oxygen.

I am not giving up my East Upper tickets to go sit down there. The eyes of the beholder-you can have anything below the 30th row.

What other SEC teams do well is disbursing the visiting fans in small groups all over the stadium. LSU puts them in two large blocks which allows them to make more noise.
