if you can watch cable tv, then you can attend and LSU game and not be offended. You know what you are getting yourself into when you go, so if you go, take precautions. If you dont like it, then dont go to the game and another LSU student or die hard fan would love to take someones place.

the student section should be configured like it was for basketball for the past 4-5 years. Have like 10% of the seats down field level and the rest in the upper decks!!

As said many times before, moving the student section, reducing the student section, anything that negatively affects the student section will vastly hurt the atmosphere in TS. No matter how much they curse or act childish, there is no denying that the student section provides the majority of noise and electricity that makes TS so great.
There are other solutions, of which they are already practicing by banning certain songs.

Fine with me. I'm graduating.
But let's not forget how poor the rest of the stadium's noise level tends to be. Student section hasn't been great consistently, but when it is, it's the main source of the noise.

As a student i all i hear is blah blah blah! No seriously, that stadium needs the students where they are but i wish they'd wise up.

Not a prude here, use profanity plenty, but theres a TIME and a PLACE for all..... I shoot hoops with the boys and the words fig, Balls, Dick fly out .... but if its a game with women and kids around then I dont lettem fly so easily....... its not being a prude its common sense!!

aahhh the weekly "student section sucks" thread... when will you old people learn that this isn't anything new. Who do you think we learned it from... Tiger stadium is the student section. Go ahead and get rid of it, see what happens. Just because you hate your life at home, doesn't give you the right to get on here and bitch weekly about something you wish you had or were... good day.

I'm more offended by so-called fans leaving games in the 3rd quarter, and those w/ sticks up their asses who go nuts if you happen to touch them while sitting shoulder to shoulder w/ them in tight quarters. It's a football game. Go knit quilts or play bingo if you can't tolerate some lustiness in life.

I think it's the people that contribute beaucoup bucks that are keeping the university alive, not the students. I'm sure that tuition goes for things like salaries and building maintenance and grass cutting and cleaning up after the tailgate you attended last week and trashed the campus.
