You fols, without a doubt are the most miserable, crying, whining, jealous people I've ever seen OR HEARD OF.... AND I LIVE AND WORK WITH AUBURN FANS

Nashville would a good choice as it would be "associated" with Vanderbilt which doesn't have the reputation for cheating the way some schools do and the entire state of Alabama does. If we want credibility to begin to be restored in the SEC, moving the headquarters would be the first step. Next would be firing Rogers Redding and then Mike Slive - hell they can both go now!! Bring in someone from a conference with a sparkling reputation and no ties to any of the schools or the South for that matter. We then might not be the joke of the country anymore for cheating, poor officiating and the good old boy network.

I agree. However I do realize it has to be somewhere but ANYWHERE other than the demo of the most cheating college in the history of colleg football, would be better. Just sayin.

Its like having marriage counselors in Vegas.

You do realize that Birmigham has more bama fans then Tuscaloosa. Here are some good options Houston, Dallas, St.Louis, Omaha, Indianapolis, Charlotte, and New York City.

Let's just slow down here and take baby steps. Can we get them to move the SEC baseball tournament out of Birmingham every once in awhile?

Birmingham is centrally located for the entire conference so that has to be taken into consideration.

The big ten offices are in Chicago which is centrally located, a decent city to visit and has good airports and is closest to Northwestern in Evanston and they have a good reputation.

The SEC should move the office to Fort Walton, Destin Pensacola or Orlando. Those are places people would want to visit. I think Orlando with its hotels and airport would be easiest to get to and have meetings.

If it didn't give the gumps and advantage they would not care, they will defend the placement of that office with their last hypocritical breathe.

They are the only fan base I know of in the US that has killed a man to protect the program.

I'd say Memphis would be a good place for it. Theres enough hate here for Ark, UT, and OM that I dont think any of the obvious teams would get any kind of favoritism. This city is pretty much immune to any kind of football fandom.

I think this is a good idea. It would be a good PR move for the SEC. And it would be good for the SEC as a whole. If they were listening, I'd suggest a few non-SEC southern cities - like Orlando, Tampa, Miami as possible relocation spots.

All places that have huge Gator fan bases so we can hear even more of the conspiracy stuff? No thank you.

To say this is due to our being jealous of Saban is ridiculous. Bama has been getting preferential treatment long before Saban ever coached a down anywhere. Also why would we be jealous of him when he will surely implode eventually

Anywhere from Gulfport, Mobile, Pensacola, or Ft. Walton. Those kids are not automatically locks of an in-state university, plus either would be a much nicer place to visit. Birmingham sucks. I also agree with earlier poster that they should fire the yahoos in the office now and bring in some non-southerners with no ties whatsoever to any SEC school.
