Secondly, you can replace the coach without shitting all over him and completely trashing him.

This is where I have a problem. Who has shite on him? Facts are facts. Most admire what he has done here and nobody has said anything to personally trash the man. His best years at LSU appear to be in the past and as a fan of the program I believe a change will eventually be for the best. This is how a lot of people feel. It's not trashing the man.

Les needs to get fired. I don't feel bad for a man running the program into the ground while making millions doing so.

Les created a culture of winning

Nope. That'd be the guy before him. I know a lot of you don't like to even acknowledge his existence but he won a natty just 2 years before Les took over a loaded team.

If Les CREATED a culture of winning, then so did Smoke Laval.

Most people are seeing it as a business move. Just like when Les made the decision to leave the players, fans, and admins at OSU high and dry to take a better opportunity. What is your view of his actions their as compared to any LSU fan wanting a change for the better?

They like to ignore this part to help sell the narrative that we hate LSU.

When you are evaluated at work do they ask you, how well did you do your job 8 years ago? He is 8-6 in the SEC in the last 2 seasons with top tier talent. He is not getting the job done PERIOD. Just because he won a title does that mean we let him drive the program off the cliff, or should see the writing on the wall and pull the plug before we throw up a couple of 5 and 6 win seasons.

This is going to sound trite, but, really, you just seem upset.

our own fans treat him like yesterdays garbage .....
You don't have to agree with them, but most of the fans on this site who want Miles gone are specific when they talk about why, and aren't attacking him personally.

What Virginia tech did for Frank Beamer before their game today was a class act and the way clm deserves to be treated ....
I will be surprised if LSU doesn't honor Miles at some point. Right now, it is uncertain that he will even be fired.

That championship was a long time ago; I see a team in decline- we were 8-5 last year, on the verge of a 3 game losing streak right now despite all the so-called talent. If we have the talent, it sure isn't being 'coached-up' on the field, our offense always looks 'strained'. Except for a couple of games where we ran at will like Auburn, we have played down to the competition. I know Les is safe for another year, but he makes a hell of a lot of money and he needs to be held responsible for the inferior display we have seen on the field the last two weeks!!
