What are we gonna do with Peveto?
It's the bad apple that spoils the bunch.
There was no decline until this hire. Overcoming the odds is supposed to be regarding the opponents, not internal obstacles.

i don't know what the special teams coach is supposed to do when our coverage constantly runs out of their lanes.

Its the coach's job to make the players execute the system.

He is doing an absolutely awful job.

After he got fired at LSU he ran the NSU program into the ground with quickness. Couldn't find a job and very quietly is back at LSU, him and Les are buddies.

Not sure why we hired him back. But I'm not sure it's his fault on those punt returns. Unless he told his punter to kick a line drive straight to Demps.

Clearly the worse game coverage wise this year. We always seem to have trouble with Dubose.

its up to the players to execute what the coach asks them to do. its on the players over pursuing as well.

Peveto is also tied to our offensive woes, I think he helps out with QB's as well. I also heard he was calling plays

When it happens multiple times, you have to wonder how well the coach has instilled the discipline of maintaining those lanes. If the players can't do it, obviously the coach has not done his job. Special teams is all about discipline.
ETA: Probably a genius move by Les to bring him back. It gives him another sacrificial lamb.
