Paul: I heard all of the LSU players were dissing Bama LBs

Matt: No. They are all very complimentary. What did you hear?

Paul: I am asking the questions.

God, what a freaking prick!

I can't get enough hype for this game. Radio-Jerry Springer about CFB, what's not to like?

I hit the breaking point last night while watching The Experts on ESPN. I'm just not sure if I can handle much more of the Bama suckfest. It pisses me off that The Finebaum Show is the only college football talk show on Sirius during my drive home.

I think this is a classic case of a personality carving his niche on his own network, and living up to it because that's what his listeners expect.

Finebaum was a guest on After Further Review Monday and was as cordial and polite as could be. I guess he figured since it's not a nationally syndicated show and only in Baton Rouge, he didn't have to come off as the arse most of his listeners are accustomed to.

Moscona came off weak as hell. Shoulda pushed back.

THIS.

It is freakin' LSU v Bama week. He should have come in there strong or simply said (at the first slight by Paul) "Paul, you seem to be so scared that you can't handle this interview professionally. I am going to hang up so you can play sound bites while biting your pillow. I'll talk to you next week after you get your diaper changed"

You don't want to piss Scona off, you won't like Scona when he's angry.

If you don't agree with Scona he will threaten to stop taking calls and somehow tie the subject into his days at Catholic.

Mascona is weak as hell when he's up against other people who are not his listeners.

He wants ESPN and will do anything to hope on that bullshite train.

Finebaum was a complete jerk to him for some reason. I keep saying I'm going to stop listening to that show.

I was shocked PF disrespected him so. The callers ya he disrespects them all the time but a guest?

You fellows are calling him a pussy, but the man was showing him the respect, two professional should show each other on the air.

Like a poster few post up said, I would be on my there now to kick his arse and it would be a cold day in hell before I go on his show again.

Come off of it, Scona is the biggest jackass there is when it comes to callers disagreeing with him...he will blast the caller during the call and then harp on it for 30 minutes after the call

You don't do that to a guest.

Matt doesn't give a shite about Finebaum. He's not going to lower himself to Finebaum's level. He has his eyes on bigger things.

i heard MM interview PF yesterday on Mascona's show. i thought their conversation was cordial and mutually respectful. i thought PF said the right things and was respectful of LSU and Miles, even saying he was wrong to think the program was in tank mode after 2008 and 2009.

i am surpised at these descriptions of the reverse interview.
