Using good technique and effort, push your opponent back on his side basically.
Its a good way to teach simple fundamentals while also getting great emotion and effort out of the players which is why LSU likes to do it at the beggining of practice, it gets the blood flowing

Miles looks and sounds as retarded as ever. He needs a cheat sheet with the match ups because he is too ignorant to remember his players' names. The sheet probably has the names spelled phonetically for his dumbass.

They do new matchups everyday. God forbid a coach write new match ups down every day and call them out in the order he wants them to go.
Seriously, I wish lsu could lose people like you in the fanbase. You represent the worst of it.
Criticizing a coach because he wrote down matchups in a drill that changes everyday? Possibly the stupidest criticism I have seen on here. Congrats on the rantard of the morning award.
