Anyone see how Julio Jones really scored? Besides Peterson being on the sidelines for Jones' wonderful ESPN highlight TD; Bama O-lineman #77 blocked Tiger Brandon Taylor in the back which threw him completely off balance. Another in a long line of pathetic calls. A truly sickening day for Tiger fans. I don't like Florida, but I hope the SEC's Dream Match Up is FLA 56 Bama Nuttin--Screw you Slive, get a pair.

yes, i saw. and was angry. but i dont think BT makes the play anyway. He took a bad angle...what I really want to know is where teh rest of the defense was on that play. we have safeties for a reason.

It appeared to a push more than a block, but basiclly the same thing. Should have been a penalty and the played called back.

Dude, we didn't get our asses handed to us. 24-15 is not an "arse-whoopin", especially when we get a safety on your quarterback. A safety?? Who does that??

LSU didn't get their asses handed to them. From the looks of most of the game, Bama was getting it handed to them. Penalties on the LSU offense and non-calls on the Bama offense caused the outcome of this one.

And last but not least, Peterson intercepted that pass. If Bama doesn't get that field goal, the whole complexion of the game changes at that point.

If that and losing by the projected line makes you feel better, have at it. Rammer Jammer!

Yeah, saw it as well. I was watching the game (when I could at work) with a Texas fan. He saw it as well and told me, "Man what are they doing, your team is getting reamed by the refs? Unbelievable." And he admits to not liking the SEC at all.

Got our asses handed to us? GTFO with that. We lost 3 starters and had paid off refs against s and still almost beat you.

I saw this when it happened and then again in all of the replays since. However, is it considered an illegal block in the back since the pass was completed at or behind the line of scrimmage. Being outside of the tackle box, I would think it is a penalty, but I would like to see this clarified. The lack of holding calls on Alabama is getting rediculous. LSU may not have won the game regardless, but it sure lacks fairness, which is what neutral referees are supposed to be on the field for. In the final analysis, we lost the fourth quarter and we lost the battle at the line of scrimmage, but if one side is allowed to commit holding without penalty, it certainly affects the outcome.

Hope we can get well and win out the rest of the way.

Alabama has won very few things legitimately. But they are ok with that, it is their mentality.

You are right, you had players laying all over the field the second half. The play in the 4th quarter just before our intercepton where Hebert lay on the ground while the rest of your offensive offense was huddling on the sideline was especially good. Then he jumps up after they break

This is correct. Penalty should have been called.

The great thing about this is that we only have to live with this game until next year. Tradition has to live with himself for the rest of his life. Poor guy.

That's right it's not because you got beat is it? Losers always look fo excuses. IT's not because WE ARE BETTER THAN YOU last year or this year? Right?

Wannabe? Are you fricking kidding me? Look at your program in the past decade and look at LSU's. You're just becoming relevant to anyone outside of Bama, and we've won two championships. You're another Bama flash in the pan. You WILL not win a championship with Nick Saban.

Conveniently pick ten years did you? Your sense of history is truly short sighted.
