Do you think jalen mills is innocent or guilty? It's just opinions and won't change anything, but I don't understand how so much time passed between the incident or arrest. A big name player, hell any football player, shouldn't be to hard to ind this time of year. Most of the cases I see that have time periods elapse of this size between what's accused and the arrest normally are dismissed and proven false. With that being said, does anyone think differently?

and how many cases do you see on a day to day basis? i see hundreds working as a prosecutor, and it's not unusual at all for a month's time to pass. we have cases that have had years pass before charges are actually filed or an arrest made.

now, based on the evidence that has been made public, i don't think there is enough to conclusively say he's innocent or guilty. it should be fairly easy to show reasonable doubt unless something is out there we don't know about. however, the time lapse between the incident and arrest is irrelevant.

he's guilty of being an idiot for letting women do something like this to compromise his ability to play.

no it's because there is no way to handle them any faster with the volume of cases that come through the office on a day to day basis. unless you're cool with not affording the accused proper due process. trust me, cases are dealt with, at my office at least, as fast as humanly possible. as long as arrests and complaints are made at alarming rates, cases are not going to be resolved within a month.

So you're processing cases as fast as humanly possible while you're posting on Tiger Droppings?

on vacation bro. not to mention, cases go through much more than just the prosecutor. as with the mills case, his case didn't even land on the prosecutor's desk until 5 weeks had passed.

This

The initial story makes zero sense. I'm not saying that he is innocent of any wrong doing, or at the very least made some type of poor choice. Nevertheless, some girl innocently knocking on the wrong door late at night and then getting sucker punched just doesn't add up.

When it comes to the law it is not what you think, rather what you can prove.

IDK... If this girl was banging on his door at 1 am looking to start trouble and Mills GF hit her then I say she probably got what she had coming. Sounds like the girl may have been a jealous little psycho.
