The rant said that if Miles tries to ground and pound, and doesn't open it up, Ole Miss is going to kill us. I read this from dozens of posters.

Runs 56
Passes 16

LSU wins!

You know who you are. Fess up.

There's a cognitive distortion called "Emotional Reasoning."
It's basically when you use strong emotions as proof of what you believe, instead of facts.

That's the rant in a nutshell.

I didn't post it here but I've said it in person to friends before the game. I was wrong and damn glad I was.

Well, to be fair, this was a crazy game. I know Miles believes that the key to securing victory is taking care of the ball. We had 4 turnovers to their 1 on the last play of the game and we still won. So I think everybody was wrong tonight. LSU's will was just too strong tonight.

The truth is that it was a defensive victory. We threw it 16 times and had two interceptions.

Man, the defense is nails! I still think AJ is getting closer. He made some shitty plays, but he made some good ones. He's getting closer. When, and if, it comes together it will be sudden.

I was telling those frickers all week lol.

I'm not even going to try to figure out Bama right now, but I used stats and rankings to tell how we'd beat the last 3 teams we have played.

I knew their run game wasn't good enough, knew they struggled with any good rushing team. You keep the ball out of their hands, limit turnovers (we failed in this ha ha), run the ball, and play signature LSU defense.

Surprised how easily our OL pushed around their DL. Bama couldn't do it.

Best game I've watching in a while.

not guilty. I always said Bama. If we use this game plan and scheme against them we get skull fricked. I thought ground and pound could work against Ole Miss. Could have won going away if the proper system was installed earlier. To late to change now though. The building blocks would have had to have been put in place going all the way back to spring camp, fall camp, and built on through out the season.
