I understand the alumni connection to Michigan and that might be enough to pull him away. he's a loyal person.

however, that loyalty goes both ways. his family is established here and from all accounts he loves it here. the climate is better, the conference is better. it would be a horrible career move to leave what he currently has at lsu for the crumbling big 10. the competition is easier but, that's a reason urban would go there, not someone like miles.

it might just be me but, I loved how miles answered the question about fournette right before halftime. he is a consummate professional and handles issues in house. he never lets the dirty laundry spill out into the public if he can help it.

So, $10 million a year for five years to restore his school to its proper place in the College Football universe and possibly coach his own son (who he’s openly said he’d love to see him go to Michigan), then hang up the headsets on his own terms and know he’d left both LSU and then UM in excellent shape.

Who wouldn’t do this? Honestly?

Sources are saying that Harris' group, after heated internal debates, eventually went along with the Hoke hire, accepting him as a "compromise candidate." The hotly-contested booster-split was centered around Miles' Michigan roots on one side, (Harris' group), versus the continued questioning by a group led by current AD David A Brandon, formerly of Dominoe's Pizza, whose stance was that the LSU coach did not have the "qualifications" to hold what is known by many as the premier coaching position in college football.

This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard, full of delusion. Yet, Hoke had the "qualifications"?

Michigan nor Ohio State will ever be dominant again. 7 of 8 haven't shown us that??

This is garbage. Ohio State is recruiting at an SEC level. OHio state will be good.

Michigan can be good with a great coach.

Again ask Urban how much he's enjoying that shite show at Ohio State.

I fail to see how winning his first 24 straight games and going to a BCS bowl is a "sh*t show." One loss doesn't negate that. Their QB will get better.
