It's always fun when the old regime is replaced with something new and all "grievances" get a chance to be aired. Usually its in direct contrast to what everyone thought was happening.

Anyways, so i can keep track of them. What all has come out now that Miles is gone?

1.) Former players think he came off as a dick.

2.) He practiced to much.

3.) He didn't allow position coaches to play the players they wanted to play.

4.) Miles ran LF7 into the ground.

what else am I missing?

It definitely came to light that he was calling plays, and not letting Cameron do his job. Micromanagement of the offensive staff with personnel decisions and play calling was his downfall. He had his "favorites" when you knew the person playing wasn't the best player to have on the field in a given play set. Also his arrogance to run it up the gut with telegraphed play calls was well known. If everyone in the whole stadium knew the play call, the defense definitely did too. He would run it anyway with a "you come and stop us if you can" mentality, which failed often. I'm happy to see some misdirection and play action out of a typical running situation. Keep up the good work Ensminger.

I agree. These Miles threads serve no purpose except ' I told you so people' beating their chests.

I also hated how he had certain personnel for certain play calls, such as "blocking" WR's. By the end of the season, every fan knew exactly what the call was if you saw certain players on the field. I'm glad players like Gage are getting a chance.
