quote:
They fought like hell in an area where there is a swirling backdrop and agendas.
I love this shite.

that might be the most articulate statement he has ever mumbled

Someone needs to put together the classic Milesisms... I feel they would rival Yogi Berra's

In his post game comments with Jordy he said:
"We had a want to win..."
"We had a want to win..."

better quote after the game....."i knew if we made it to overtime, we would have an opportunity to win the game." Good call coach

He needs to start doing some freestyle rhyming with his comments like Jesse. That would really liven things up.

one of his more "coherent" thoughts, actually.
I think he did a good job of avoiding what was clearly "baited" questions by Erin Andrews. His purposeful avoidance of directly answering her question about "what was different" from last week was palatable to me because he praised the players for their dedication, focus, and never-say-die attitude - implying that his players were winners, regardless of the outcome.
The only other response that would've made sense would be to reply "Well Erin, the coaches didn't screw this one up this time!" - which is probably what Erin wanted him to admit.......again!
The fact that Miles avoided focus on the negative by emphasizing the players "will to win" is just fine with me!

Still better grammar/syntax than 80% of TD posters.
