Miles press conference

He should put 30,000 in cash in a trash bag, have a press conference, pour out the cash onto the desk and say F you Mike Slive and walk out. I would put in $50 for that.

I'd like for him to say something, but it's really not necessary...enough other people (including national media) have done the dirty work for him.

Silve publicly dishonored LSU by saying they would not comment on the call. LSU needs to stand up to them. This needs to be public!

He should just say something really sarcastic like "All the SEC knows there is no way that an SEC official makes any mistakes. If Slive charges $30,000 for saying there were mistakes, then obviously there are no mistakes."

no he is too classy for that FWIW and IMO has too much respect for LSU and the SEC to disrespect that game Saturday afternoon and the effort given by both Alabama and LSU.
Everyone else is screaming enough, Les can and will take the high road. In public anyway

This is one time its not OK to take the high road. Its time for someone in the Ath. Dept to step in and stand up for the players. We lost Charles Scott and maybe TeeBob and JJ. They played to hard to be treated this way with no Public outcry from LSU Ath Dept. LSU needs to make a public stand!

It's not the 30 grand that's stopping him. Urban Meyer, they fine 30k. Les Miles, they suspend.

so why would les miles get suspending when urban did the same thing and got fined. didnt realize the fines/suspensions were a cumulative thing.

I think he should challenge Slive by speaking out. Slive is trying to let this one get swept under the rug by not commenting on it. Maybe Les should call Slive out and ask "Why are you not commenting on it". It could be a way of not getting fined by calling out the refs, but instead putting Slive in the hot seat.
